With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Erica Brown brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and real-world expertise to every class. A proud graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Erica is classically trained and has built a diverse and dynamic career that spans both the front and back of the house. She also holds a masters degree from the University of Florida in Management, giving her a great understanding of business needs and operation.

From her time as the Food & Beverage Training Manager at the iconic Broadmoor Hotel and her role as a Certified Hospitality Trainer, Erica has educated and inspired thousands of hospitality professionals. Her work with prestigious luxury providers like Forbes Travel Guide further underscores her commitment to excellence and elevated service.

Erica's background includes work in restaurant management, culinary R&D, food writing, and local food distribution, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the industry. She is passionate about food safety, compliance, and helping operations stay ahead of the curve through training and support.
