ALL COURSE MATERIALS AND EXAMS ARE AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Course registration will be closed 3 weeks prior to the course date. This ensures all students receive their textbooks and materials with enough time to review all coursework.
This is an advanced course and prior study is necessary. It is imperative that you read the entire textbook and complete all review activities. We suggest a minimum of 6 weeks to prepare.
Course selections will be paid in full at time of registration. Once you are registered, a Venmo or Zelle payment link will be sent to your email or phone.
Refunds will not be provided. If a student needs to miss the course they will need to reschedule at another offered time.
The 6 hour course includes a full textbook review, discussion, quizzes and activities. The proctored exam consists of 90 multiple choice questions with up to 2 hours to complete.
Exam scores of 70% or higher will earn the ServSafe® certification. Certification is valid for 5 years. Scores are typically available within 2 weeks. Certifications can be printed from the servsafe.com website.
Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations citation 2-102.12 & 2-102.20 requires that at least one employee, with authority to direct and control food preparation and service, shall be certified by an accredited food safety certification program as of March 1, 2025.
ServSafe® Manager course meets this requirement.
There must be a CFPM (such as ServSafe® certified) employee on premises during business hours.
